Our lickable cat treat mixes are made with carefully selected animal-based ingredients and are designed to be prepared with water according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.
Wildwhip products are intended for cats and are offered as supplemental treats, not as complete and balanced meals.

Wildwhip treats are intended for supplemental or intermittent feeding.
Our products are not intended to replace a complete and balanced diet or access to fresh drinking water.
Always prepare and serve products according to the package instructions.
Supervise your cat during feeding and use of any feeding accessories.

5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals
Wildwhip may offer subscription purchasing options for customers who want to receive products on a recurring basis.
How subscriptions work: When you select a subscription option, you authorize Wildwhip or its designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency disclosed during checkout, until you cancel. Before you complete your subscription purchase, we will present the applicable price, billing frequency, and material subscription terms. Subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled.
Managing your subscription: You may manage your subscription through the customer account or subscription management portal made available on our website. Depending on your subscription settings, you may be able to:
Review upcoming orders.
Change delivery frequency.
Update payment or shipping information.
Skip an upcoming shipment.
Pause or cancel future recurring orders.
Changes must be made before the applicable order is processed to affect that order.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available subscription management features or by contacting customer support. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Subscription orders already processed are subject to our applicable cancellation, return, and refund policies and customers' statutory rights.
Pricing and promotions: Subscription pricing and discounts will be disclosed when you enroll. Promotional offers may be limited to certain orders or periods. Any applicable restrictions will be provided with the offer. If we change the recurring price or material terms of an existing subscription, we will provide notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before implementing the change.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
We want you and your cat to have a positive experience with Wildwhip.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and order adjustments are governed by our posted Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or additional information to help us evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Food product considerations: Because Wildwhip sells consumable pet products, return eligibility may differ from that of non-food accessories, particularly once food packaging has been opened. Any applicable return restrictions, time limits, or eligibility requirements will be described in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. We are not responsible for charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider, except where required by law.

However, delivery timelines may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping estimates are not guarantees of delivery on a specific date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be updated once an order has entered fulfillment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wildwhip's total liability for claims arising from a specific purchase or subscription transaction will not exceed the greater of:

Fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
